Me in a Nutshell:

My name is Emilie and I am eighteen years old.

I have been overweight all my life, and I am FED UP with how I look/feel.

I have successfully completed the ABC Diet. It has helped me lose 26 lbs. Anyone who wants to download my complete report on my experience can do so here. I have tips for the diet located under my Extras section somewhere below this description.

My diet is currently a vegetarian and consists of eating often until my broken leg heals. In two months I plan to be back to a vegan diet, and eating less frequently.
